1st Course
Soupe de Potiron
A velvety purée of roasted butternut squash, subtly spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon, and finished with a swirl of créme fraîche and a scattering of toasted pepitas.
Paired with a French Chardonnay
2nd Course
Coquilles Saint-Jacques
Pan-seared sea scallops served over a bed of creamy parsnip purée with a delicate drizzle of apple cider reduction and fresh chives.
Paired with a Sancerre white
3rd Course
Magret de Canard
A perfectly seared duck breast, with its skin rendered to a golden crisp, served sliced over a medley of roasted root vegetables and wild mushrooms. The dish is finished with a rich, dark cherry and port wine reduction.
Paired with a Saint Emilion red
Dessert
Tarte Tatin aux Poires Épicées
A classic French Tarte Tatin, but made with tender, spiced pears instead of apples. It is caramelized to a deep golden-brown and served warm with a scoop of vanilla bean gelato.
